Style Salsa....On1, On2, LA Style, to name a few. Each
style has its own flavor and appeal. Also
known as New York Style Salsa, On2 incorporates dynamic power
and style behind each move with an extreme focus on musicality. Let's just say that dancing on
THIS beat, the 2 beat automatically takes you inside the music,
its rhythms and beat. At Springs Salsa & Dance Fitness we
share the love of salsa with you from an authentic perspective
whether On1, On2 or just dancing to your own unique beat.
Salsa Moves
Also known as "shines", this is the
perfect class to learn your footwork, rhythm and timing.
Think...latin line dancing...and you will have a good visual of what
Salsa Moves is all about. Famous in the club scenes of NY
and LA, get in touch with your salsa vibe.
Club Style Salsa
This the partner dance aspect of salsa.
In this class you will learn the footwork, patterns,
lead/follow technique and basically be able to dance with
someone. It's just that simple. Wouldn't it be nice
to go to Cabo and be able to dance while on vacation.
Salsa 101 6 Week Course
A 6 Week Course designed to be an
introduction to Salsa, this course is designed to teach you the
basic steps and dance patterns, the lead and follow technique,
and simple embellishments while on the dance floor. This
is a pre-requisite Salsa Course to all other Salsa Classes on
our calendar. It is even great for those natural salsa
dancers who want to brush up on technique.
We are authentic, spicy and just right for
you. Remember, back on the island, there are no master
instructors, just you, the music, and the beat that penetrates
