Please note that arriving late to class can be disruptive ...so please do your best to be courteous...an example would be arriving 10 minutes late to class and running in and jumping to the first row.

AQUA Zumba All the energy of a regular Zumba® class but formatted as a water workout!
#1 Hit List:  A dance fitness class that uses fun dance combinations to the latest and the greatest hits of all times.  This is a sing-a-long and bust-a-move dance party.
ARMS & ABS: A focused class to trim and define your waistline and tone your arms from all angles for visible and long lasting results. 
Belly Be Gone!:  A 30-minutes ABS attack! Bring your Yoga Mat and be prepared to focus ONLY on the ABS. Whether you want to trim the waistline, feel less bloated, or simply get RIPPED this class will definately wake up those AB muscles.
BODY BLAST!:  Challenge your ENTIRE BODY with strength training, endurance training. ...It's bright, it's early...it's a BLAST! ..EXPERIENCE THE BLAST! BTW, you can totally do this class before your regularly scheduled class...!
Bi's, Tri's and Butt!:  Are these your trouble areas? Who are we kidding right? Everyone wants tight and toned biceps and triceps, right? And, you know, what would it all be without a firm and lifted booty... Join, Mark, a former body building champion and attack those problem areas. Bring your Yoga Mat.
Hip Hop Hustle®:  For decades everyone has loved the hustle and hip hop, now you can burn calories doing both.  Experience this fun choreography based class that makes you the star of your show and leaves you wanting more.
Masala Bhangra Workout®:  A spicy dance fitness class that utilizes the hi-energy dance moves of the traditional folk dance Bhangra and the excitement of Bollywood to create a fun and celebration style experience. 
Pole Dance Workout :  This dance fitness workout is a great way to get in shape and tone your muscles.  This is an empowering class that will develop and tone your muscles while you dance on and off the Pole.  This class involves specific strength training, tricks  inversions and dance choreography.  All courses are 4 weeks.  Progression is as follows:  Intro to Pole, Levels 1 through 5, Combo Tricks & Patterns.
RAGGA Dance Hall:  A choreography based dance fitness class that goes deep into the Reggaeton and RaggaJam beats.  This class is all heart and soul, funky, and hi-powered.
REMIX:  An invigorating studio sampler class featuring many of our signature classes (Zumba, YBB, Masala Bhangra, Hip Hop Hustle) as per 'instructor's choice'.
Salsa:  Spicy and fun for singles and couples teaching a variety of  steps and patterns typically found in nightclub style salsa. You'll feel more coordinated and your sense of rhythm will improve as you progress.
Yoga  A traditional and well-rounded yoga practice to keep your body and mind healthy and fit.  Please bring your Yoga Mat or rent one at studio for $2.00.
Yoga Booty Ballet®: A hybrid of funky cardio dance, the grace, beauty and poise of ballet, the power, strength and balance of yoga.  Signature BOOTY moves combined to shake, lift and enhance your body.  Squishy Ball used occassionally. Please bring your Yoga Mat or rent one at studio for $2.00.

5 WAYS TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR CLASSES

Be Consistent:  The more you attend classes on a regular basis the better you will become.  Remember, half of dancing is muscle memory.  By reinforcing the movements, your dancing will start to become more and more natural with each passing week.

Practice:  It's true practice makes perfect. but, sometimes it's hard to make time for it. Get yourself on a regular schedule with us. Use group classes as a supplement to your private lessons and vice versa. Private lessons are a great way to perfect the technique taught in the group classes. Practice is more enjoyable when it's with other people.

Attend Social Events:  It's always easier to dance when the teacher is telling you what do next.  Practice parties and socials will give you a chance to fly solo.  Your repertoire will be reinforced when you have to think for yourself.

Proper Footwear:  Believe it or not, the wrong shoes can hold you back.  Uncomfortable, stiff or sticky shoes can hinder your progress. Just as a carpenter works with tools, dance shoes should be in your tool box.

Enjoy the Process:  Dancing is a never ending quest for excellence.  Everyone learns at their own pace.  The important thing is to give yourself realistic goals and hone your craft without worrying about the outcome.  Most people when they look back in a month, six months, a year are amazed at how far they've come.
