workshop, learn how to fuse Latin styled partner moves from
salsa and tango, fast paced samba shakes, and bellydance!
Moves and combos will range from fast and funky to slow and
slinky. This workshop is appropriate for all levels and
types of dancers
Pole dancing is the latest trend in fitness innovation. Not only
will this class get you into sexy shape by working every part of
your body from head to toe, but it will also help you get in
touch with your inner diva. A full body workout you will
stretch, work your core abs, and tone your butt. Giggle as you
kick, squat and twirl your way to sexy arms and legs. Become
empowered as you learn short pole dance routines.
Registration is on a first come first serve basis.
Progressive
course for advanced beginners to enhance basic steps and their
variations. All students in 102 should have a solid On2
foundation, be able to execute CBL and R-Turns. No-partner
necessary. Enrollment is at the discretion of principal
instructors.
