WOW,
what an honor! I have lost 20 pounds since joining
Springs Salsa in mid April.
Between coming to as many
classes as I can and cutting back on some of my calorie
intake, the weight just seemed to slip away! I went down 2
clothing sizes and certainly have much more muscle tone and
way more energy. My family and friends have really noticed
and said that I look amazing! My son even commented that he
could see my tricep!
I came to Springs Salsa
because I only am able to stick with exercise that keeps me
interested and I knew that dancing would do that. I wanted
to feel better about myself and also have more energy and
dancing has done that for me.
I keep coming back for more
and more classes because it is so motivating when I started
to see results and changes in my body and how I was feeling.
I wanted to keep that up and never go back to any old habits
that I had and by continuing to go to dance, I have been
feeling so much better about myself.
Zumba®
has changed my life by helping me to feel good about myself
and have so much more self confidence and be proud of my
body and the amazing ways it can move as I try to follow all
of the Springs Salsa's incredible dance instructors. I have
learned so much from their enthusiasm and it's been a
terrific 3 months for me here. I plan to continue to dance
for many many more to come!
If I could describe Springs
Salsa in one word:
Addicting!! (I really
can't seem to get enough! What a great feeling.....the
better I continue to feel, the more I want to continue
feeling better!) |

My husband and I moved from
Korea to the US last December, and we travel a lot
because of his job. It has been my first time living in
the USA. For the first 7 months we were in the USA, we
were always on the road, and didn't have a chance to
make friends or socialize. Even though I worked out, I
was often lonely and depressed.
Once, while visiting Montana, I went to a fitness center
to work out, and they had a Zumba class there. I had
never heard o f it, and at first, I wasn't excited about
trying it. Actually, since I was a little girl, I have
loved to dance. I wasn't trained at all, but in my heart
I always wanted to be a dancer. So, one day, I got
curious, and decided to give it a try. During the first Zumba class I went to, I didn't pace myself. I threw up
in the first 15 minutes! It seemed so hard! I was
definitely not in good enough shape to push myself as
hard as I did that first day. But I loved the high
energy intensity of it, and the music, so I began going
back to more and more classes. From that time forward,
whenever my husband I traveled to a new state, I was all
about finding a Zumba class to go to. Now, I'm in pretty
good shape, and it's a great feeling. I have more
energy, and Zumba has helped improve my mental outlook
so much!
When I found Springs Salsa and Dance Fitness on the web, my first
impression was very positive, with very professional
trainers, and I wondered if I could fit in there. I went
to the West studio and immediately fell in love with the
motivating, enthusiastic atmosphere. Just being there
made me want to work out.
Dorie and Mark have been so
encouraging and supportive, and have made me feel like
family. Springs Salsa definitely lives up to its title
as Best Dance Studio / Place to Work Out in Colorado
Springs!
I don't drive yet, and I love Springs Salsa
so much that we moved close to the West studio so I
could easily walk to the studio! I attend about 10
classes a week. It's been hard, but it's been good to
test myself. To anyone who was thinking about trying it,
I would say, have just a little courage, and your life
will be filled with positive energy.
I would describe Springs Salsa. It's like a magic
box, and if you put enough in, you'll get what you need
back out.
I can't wait to use my $25 gift card on more classes at
Springs Salsa and Dance Fitness!

This is exciting! I
have really enjoyed working
out at Springs Salsa and Dance Fitness Studios and
getting to know all of the instructors and staff.
I had a baby almost five months ago
and I wanted to lose all my baby weight. I
have lost a significant amount of weight since I
have started taking classes at Springs Salsa.
When I leave class I feel more energized and better
about myself. I went from wearing my pregnancy pants
at a size 15 down to my pre-weight pants which are a
size 9/10.
I try to stick to the following
schedule of classes:
Mondays and Wednesdays: ABS
Express Classes followed by ZUMBA.
Tuesdays and Thursdays:
Bi's, Tri's, Booty Express Classes followed by REMIX
and ZUMBA.
Saturdays: BodyBlast
Express followed by ZUMBA.
Sundays: ZUMBA
I LOVE the upbeat vibe of the studio.
Everyone is so motivated and you can tell that they
all love teaching. I used to go to a gym on Fort
Carson and my mother (Kris) fell in love with this
studio and convinced me to join. Clearly, I'm
getting results!!!
I like this kind of work out better
than lifting weights and running on the treadmill,
FOR SURE. Time seems to pass a lot faster when I am
taking classes at Springs Salsa. Springs Salsa
and Dance Fitness definitely lives up to their name
of Best Dance Studio and Best Place to Workout!

For those that have not experienced
Springs Salsa, I would say "there is no thinking,
just do it, you will love it." If I
could describe the studio and staff in one
word...INSPIRING!

one of those “alive and kicking” 80+ year old ladies.
I attend 8 to 10 classes a week. I love
Springs Salsa because I don’t feel self-conscious. Everyone
makes you feel welcome. I have a gym membership...but
everyone knows the atmosphere at gyms where people try to
“out do” the person next to him/her. You don’t have to worry
about that at Springs Salsa. You just have to remember to
SHAKE it.
If someone were thinking about trying the
classes at Springs Salsa and Dance Fitness I would say it
doesn’t feel like a “Workout”. Further, I
would describe Springs Salsa and Dance Fitness with this
phrase - Zumba Fever!
With my $25 gift card, I am going to buy
my first pair of Zumba pants :)
